Our plans for for 2012/14

Our Delivery Plan, which sets out our improvement plans for the next two years has been approved by the four councils. This plan identifies the improvements we want to make in both performance and service quality over the next two years.

We place our tenants at the heart of what we do and have provided two main opportunities for you to get involved:

Our current Delivery Plan

East Kent Housing was set up was to deliver improvements to our tenants and leaseholders.  You can read our current Delivery Plan 2011/12 to see what we are working to do this year, which focussed on integrating the four council housing services into one and developing and maintaining positive relationships with the four councils.
