Brendan Ryan is responsible for leading East Kent
Housing’s management team and staff to deliver improved housing
services, as well as developing and maintaining client and
stakeholder relationships.
Salary scale: £84,090 to
£88,899
Brendan was also acting as
Managing Director of East Kent Housing throughout the set-up.
Previously, he has been Director of Community Services at Thanet
District Council, and has also worked for Dover District Council as
Head of Housing. Brendan’s working career spans nearly 30 years in
housing, and includes senior roles in both local authorities and
housing associations.
