We recognise how important excellent customer service is, and we monitor various aspects of our customer care including call handling, complaints and satisfaction with the services we provide so we can focus on the areas that need improving.

 

 

 

What do the figures mean?

 

Unfortunately, no area has met their target for complaint responses in time, and this is an area where we do need to improve.  We will be monitoring our performance on complaints much more closely.
