Rent Arrears
To enable us to spend money on improvements to your homes and
estates, it is important that we keep rent arrears to a
minimum. We keep a close eye on our arrears figures to ensure
that we are collecting as much rent as possible.
What do the figures mean?
Interim targets have been used for the end of September, based
on our actual performance at the same time last year, reduced by
half of the annual reduction in arrears needed to each our year-end
target. All areas are currently on track.
