Tenants at the heart of our Service!
When you see this stamp in future, you will know that tenants have helped us review the way we do things, or helped us develop a new procedure or policy.
For many years we have worked alongside local people who share our desire to improve the area where they live and the housing services they receive. We have set out our commitment to do this in our 'Tenants and Leaseholders Consultation Agreement'
For more information about how you can get involved contact your local Tenant Participation Officer.
