How to report Tenancy fraud?
We need your help to report housing fraud because you see what's going on in your neighbourhood such as:
- you might know that somebody has another home we don't know about or has given false information in their housing or homeless application.
- you might be suspicious because the tenants of a property keep changing or you have seen someone collecting rent.
- you might suspect that the property is not being occupied.

We're part of a national campaign to tackle Fraud
Working with our Tenant Scrutiny Group, we have joined the national campaign to tackle benefit and tenancy fraud. Following this group's recommendations we have created some new marketing materials to help raise the importance of reporting tenancy fraud across our communities. Over the coming months we will be encouraging our residents to report Tenancy Fraud and promoting how this can be done through social media, website and posters.
