Your views about your experience of our services are important to us and will help us to improve the service in the areas that matter the most to you. Our Comments, Complaints and Compliments scheme has been developed with the help from our tenants and staff, which includes a commitment to listening and learning how we can do things better.
Designated person
If you are not satisfied with the way East Kent Housing has dealt with your complaint, you can ask for your complaint to be independently reviewed by a ‘designated person’. A designated person could be your local Councillor or Member of Parliament.
