Housing for Older People
In Thanet we don't own or manage any accommodation which is targeted directly for older people; however, we work with a number of our partner housing associations who own sheltered housing, warden assisted housing and also enhanced extra care accommodation.
Enquiries for housing for older people and sheltered accommodation can be taken by Thanet District Council's Housing Options team and they will seek to assist you or signpost you to the relevant housing associations.
