Leasehold Forum
We have been in touch with our leaseholders to find out if they would like to be part of our Leaseholders Forum. Over 50 leaseholders have expressed an interest in joining our Forum and from our recent survey results we have learnt (amongst other things) that of those interested in the forum:
- 30% are absent leaseholders (do not live at the property)
- 72% are interested in ‘service charge billing’
- 85% are interested in ‘major improvement work to blocks’
- 50% have said the best way for them to get involved in the forum is by email
- 45% would attend an annual meeting in Thanington
