Our contracts with Mears and Swale Heating set out how quickly they they will respond to your repair requests.
For household repairs from Mears:
- Emergency repairs - within 4 hours
- Urgent repairs - within 24 hours
- Routine repairs - within 16 days
For gas and heating repairs from Swale Heating:
- Emergency repairs - within 4 hours
- Urgent repairs - within 4-24 hours
- Routine repairs - within 24-72 hours
Don't forget!
Please check that your meter hasn't run out of credit before reporting a loss of gas heating or electricity.
