How soon will my repair be done?

Our contracts with Mears and Swale Heating set out how quickly they they will respond to your repair requests.

For household repairs from Mears:

• Emergency repairs - within 4 hours
• Urgent repairs - within 24 hours
• Routine repairs - within 16 days

For gas and heating repairs from Swale Heating:

• Emergency repairs - within 4 hours
• Urgent repairs - within 4-24 hours
• Routine repairs - within 24-72 hours

Don't forget!

Please check that your meter hasn't run out of credit before reporting a loss of gas heating or electricity.
