As part of our plans to improve our online services, we have redesigned our website.
We’re excited to launch our new and refreshed website. This updated site includes changes to navigation, improvements to how you can view and access the website through your computer, table or mobile phone.
We’ve also improved the structure of our content, so you’ll get more from a quick read. There’s a whole host of smaller but impactful changes, all to make your experience of visiting our website that much better for you.
Before we made the changes, we spent time looking at what our online visitors have been looking for and wanting to do online. We identified the main information visitors were searching for and developed the new website around those.
We know there is still more we can improve and our next big project during 2017 will be to develop our online resident accounts where you can access secure information about your rent account and tenancy plus request repairs online.
In the meantime, we are also looking to increase the amount of things you can do online - so please keep visiting to keep updated on our plans.
